Election is slowly coming to an end

Arizona's vote count ended with a slight majority going to Biden.  Biden now has 290 electoral votes.  Only Georgia (15) and North Carolina (16) are still undeclared, although it looks like NC will go for Trump.  Trump continues to try to get recounts and election fraud conspiracies going.  Eric texted me yesterday that his absentee ballot that he mailed off 2.5 weeks before election day was rejected, so he's not happy.

The coronavirus is now in a second full swing.  Even I am getting nervous.  Erin texted me early this morning asking me not to come to Chicagoland this year because that area is suffering badly from covid again.  I had thought about canceling my Christmas road trip anyway because I don't want to bring the virus home to Kevin, but I do worry about Carol.  I know she is looking forward to seeing me again.

Kevin's health also scares me, but he has an appointment on Monday and he promises to tell me the truth about what is going on with him.  He can barely walk now. I think the damage is permanent as he's never taken his diabetes seriously.

Election results, covid19, Kevin's health...what else could stress me out?  At least I can still find joy in morning sunrise walks.   This morning I took Zeke, Hansel and Sweetie out for 1.5 miles, then swtiched it over to Gretel who did very well by herself.  She has a high prey drive toward rabbits, but she didn't bark at all the neighborhood dogs, although she still lunges at them and I have to pull her back and snap on the leash.  But at least she is making progress,
