The frontal boundary that has been across the Midwest continues to move to the south and east.
Along and ahead of it, severe storms are possible again from the Ozarks to the central Great Lakes today and tonight.
On the cool side of the front, locally heavy rain is also possible.
As this system heads eastward, skies will dry out east of the Mississippi River but a new system developing in the Plains will bring more storms in the Plains including some severe storms.
This next system will keep the nation?s mid-section stormy through midweek.
Highs today will range from the mid 40s near the western end of Lake Superior to near 90 in the Ohio Valley.
